What a Cambridge club gets
Built mobile first for the volunteers who run clubs from their phones. Nothing to install, for the club or its members.
Share one link in Cambridge and players join on their phone: name, membership and mobile number. Every request lands in front of a club admin, and a parent can join their children under one login.
Weekly, monthly or annual memberships are paid by card or Direct Debit, whichever the member chooses. They set it up once, on Stripe’s own secure page, and payments are then taken automatically. The member pays exactly the price you set. Match fees, kit and trips can be paid by card too.
Approve in one tap, with a 10 second Undo before anything goes out. Membership status and payment status are always shown apart, so you can see who is in and who has paid.
Payment links go out on WhatsApp. If a payment fails, you send a friendly reminder whenever you choose, and any automatic ones come no more than once a week. Each member also has a simple My membership page.
Run a weekly football predictions game for your members. Picks lock 10 minutes before the round’s first kick-off, a draw knocks you out, and fixtures and results are fetched automatically. £20 per game for the game software.

What it costs
A fee of 3.4% + 20p on each payment, Stripe’s card fees included, comes out of the payments your club receives. Your members always pay exactly the membership price you set, and nothing is ever added on top.
