One simple plan for the whole club.
£19 a month or £190 a year, with unlimited members included. A fee of 3.4% + 20p on each payment, by card or Direct Debit, with Stripe’s fees included, comes out of the payments your club receives. Your members only ever pay the price you set.

Unlimited members*. There is no cap. Approving members, managing them, refunds and pauses all work the same however many members your club has. *Fair use applies. A club that passes 1,000 members gets a quick check from our support team to keep Braidwood Sports free of spam. The club keeps working while we check. Your plan arrangements are agreed with you when your club is set up.
The fee
How the fee works.
Every payment, a membership by card or Direct Debit or a one-off payment by card, is a Stripe Connect payment to your club. The member pays the price you set. One fee, 3.4% + 20p, covers Braidwood Sports and Stripe’s processing, and it comes out of that payment rather than being added on top.

Service fee£1.223.4% of £30.00 (£1.02) plus 20p. It covers Braidwood Sports and Stripe’s fees, by card or Direct Debit.

- Refunds: the member gets everything back. The refund comes out of your club’s balance and the fee is not returned.
- Disputes and chargebacks: your club carries the cost on its own payments. Braidwood Sports pays first and takes the amount back from what it would otherwise pay your club, and every amount is recorded in a statement your club can see.
- One-off payments: match fees, kit, trips and events carry the same fee, paid by the club. Card payments start at £10. Anything smaller is recorded by your club as cash.

Where we work
For UK clubs, paying in pounds.
Braidwood Sports is for clubs in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Every price and every payment is in pounds.
We cannot take clubs based in the Republic of Ireland, or anywhere else outside the UK, yet. If that is your club, tell us anyway and we will let you know if that changes.
Questions about cost
Straight answers.
Do members ever pay the fee?
No. A member pays exactly the price you set, for a membership or a one-off payment. The fee is taken from the payment your club receives, and it is never added to what a member pays or shown to them as a charge.
Is the fee returned if I refund a member?
The member gets everything back, but the fee is not returned. The refund comes out of your club’s balance.
Is there a member limit?
No. Both plans include unlimited members.
